Co-designed OCADU's new student portal, recognized with the president's Advancing Team Excellence Award.

The myOCADU Portal is OCAD University's new student portal, built on the Ellucian Experience framework to provide a more accessible, user-friendly platform for students and staff. As part of the development team, I contributed to the design and structure of the portal by building several modules and offering input from my perspective as a student, in line with the university's co-design approach.

To make sure the portal met real needs, our team conducted interviews with students, led drop-in sessions to gather feedback, and iterated on the design based on their insights. I played a key role in shaping the interactive cards and structuring the categories, making it easier for students to navigate academic and administrative resources.

The result is a streamlined, intuitive portal experience with better access to essential tools and information, recognized with the Advancing Team Excellence Award from the university president for its impact on the student experience.
